Information Collection and Use
Suzz.com will never sell, trade or exchange your personal information with any other business entity or individual. Personal information is used only for order processing purposes. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. This site uses a secure online order form for customers to purchase products and services. We collect customer contact information, such as Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, and Date of Birth (for freegifts and special offer of the month purposes). 2nd party information may also be collected if customer wishes to ship an order to them (for birthday or anniversary).
Contact information from the order form is only used to process and ship orders to our customers and to get in touch with them when necessary. We collect payment by Cash on Delivery, Cheques, Bank Funds Transfer or Paypal.
Bank Fund Transfer
Internet/ATM funds transfer is a secure method of transferring fund/payment into any 3rd party
account. It is secure funds transfer that only the user with your own "user id" and "password" will be
able to transfer fund to Suzz.com. We will only supply you with our bank account details after you
have selected "Bank Fund Transfer" as your payment option during the checkout process. Your banking
information and transactions online are safe and secure. We will not have any information about your
bank account details after the transaction has been made. Only a user name and amount transfered will be displayed.
PayPal Information
Suzz.com only source of credit card transaction is by PayPal. We will only supply you with our Paypal account details after you have selected "PayPal" as your payment option during the checkout process.
Paypal uses credit card (Visa, Master Card and Amex) or checking account for transaction. Orders paid by PayPal will be converted to U.S. Dollars and charged an additional *5% for processing fee. We will not have any information about your credit card details after the transaction has been made. Only your PayPal user name and amount paid will be displayed.
Suzz.com is not under the Billpay list as we are not an U.S. registered account. Suzz is a verified Singapore Paypal Business account sinde Nov. 29, 2000 .
PayPal automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate.

*Note: due to the change in Paypal transaction rate. The processing rate using Paypal payment on Suzz.com has been revised to 5%.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us if they have previously subscribed to our mailinglist.
Users can Opt out of Suzz.com mailing list service by selecting "Unsubscribe" after filling in your
Name and email address on the mailing list form on the homepage.
Notification of Changes
In the event our privacy policy changes, we will post those changes on our Privacy Policy page. If at
any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated
at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have the opportunity
to authorize the use of personal information for purposes other than previously disclosed. We will use
information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
